By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the information you provide being accurate.
Products and information
We try to show products, pack sizes, ingredients and images accurately. Product images are for illustration and the actual product may vary slightly. Please always read the label on the pack for ingredients, allergen information (our products contain or may be processed with tree nuts and seeds), storage and best-before details. Nutrition and health information on the website is general and is not medical advice. FSSAI Licence No. 11321004000415.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We accept online payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and other available methods) and Cash on Delivery where available.
- Prices and offers may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock availability, delivery limitations, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraud; any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Combos, coupons and offers
Combos are a set of individual products added to your cart together. Coupons and offers are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated, cannot be combined.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its working, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Nutzwell name, logo, product designs, images and content on this website belong to Saffron Spices & Seeds and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Alappuzha, Kerala will have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
