Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at +91 9400671717 or by email at info@nutzwell.in with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you refuse a prepaid order at delivery without a valid reason, we will refund the product value after deducting the shipping costs incurred. For damaged, wrong or expired products, please follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.
Cancellation by Nutzwell
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, if a pricing or listing error is found, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens we will inform you and refund any amount paid in full.
