Job Description
Sales officer are executive that work with our sales teams to determine the best strategies to increase customer purchase, and responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects, selling product to them and expand brand presence,
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Meeting sales targets, review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the office
- Giving feedback on sales trends
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
- Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
- Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
- Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
- Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
